Michelle Bowman, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Michelle is a partner in the assurance and business advisory services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she leads the Firm's Life Sciences practice in Connecticut.  Recognized as a key knowledge source within the biotechnology industry, Michelle specializes in working with emerging and technology-based businesses, including both public and venture-backed companies.  Her expertise ranges from developing business plans and obtaining funding to overseeing IPOs and growth strategies to developing and supporting mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate partnership strategies.  Michelle is the former president of the Connecticut Venture Group.  She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.  She earned a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College.
