Charles J. Downey III, Finn Dixon & Herling Chuck is a corporate partner at the law firm of Finn Dixon & Herling LLP, Stamford. He represents emerging companies and venture capital investors in a variety of fields, with a recent focus on e-commerce companies and companies developing information technology products. Chuck is a first-time state board member for CVG. He is a 1989 graduate of New York University School of Law, where he was Executive Editor of the Annual Survey of American Law. He holds an undergraduate degree in finance, cum laude, from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
