Frank Morse, Carter Morse & Company
Frank specializes in debt and equity financing and financial advisory for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.  He has a broad financial background, having spent thirty-five years in the financial services industry. Frank began his career at Chemical Bank in New York and spent most of his banking career with US Trust in Massachusetts where he held several executive positions. His last position was as President and CEO of UST Bank in Connecticut.  He formed his own investment-banking firm in 1994, which merged with Carter Morse & Company in 1995. Frank has been active for many years in the Connecticut Venture Group and currently serves as Vice Chairman. He serves on the boards of several privately held companies, including Fletcher Thompson, The Intellisource Group and Fleet Bank's Advisory Board.   He has also been deeply involved in community affairs. He currently serves on the boards of the United Way of Eastern Fairfield County, St. Vincent's Medical Center, the Barnum Museum and the Board of Regents of Sacred Heart University.  Frank holds a B.A. from Trinity College and completed graduate studies at New York University Business School and Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
