About YCVG
YCVG is an active organization within CVG that sponsors educational and networking events to assist young entrepreneurial ventures. Events focus on developing and sharing best practices in Financing, Marketing, and overcoming obstacles to growth.

Participants include investors, entrepreneurs, and business advisers from the leading legal, accounting, and consulting firms in the state.

How We Began
YCVG was founded in 2001 by young professionals working in the private equity industry in Connecticut.  Our first event was held in Hartford, CT on January 15th, 2002 and drew over 30 young professionals.

How We're Funded
YCVG, as a sub organization of CVG, is funded through our individual and corporate memberships, as well as various sponsorships.

How We're Managed
YCVG is managed by a Board of Directors that sets policy and organizes 4-5 events across the state per year.

With over 150 members and many exciting events a year, YCVG is a great venue to meet other young professionals working in the private equity industry in Connecticut and the Northeast region including New York and Boston.
